Yes. Families never pay us. When someone moves into a partner home they found through DearMom, that home pays us. It never changes which homes we show you.

The home passed all four of our checks: 3 years of clean state inspections with every citation fixed, no substantiated abuse or neglect complaints, Google reviews that a person on our team reads (a home comes off if it averages under 3.5 stars on 5 or more reviews, or if recent reviews keep describing the same safety problem), and an active license in good standing. We recheck every 3 months, and a home that slips comes off the site. No home can pay to get on or stay on.

It depends on the area, the apartment and how much help is needed. Every verified home's page shows its real starting price, and Hattie can tell you which homes near you fit your budget.

No. Your information only goes to the homes you choose, and Hattie only calls if you ask her to. We never sell your phone number or email.
